Artificial Dye Free Products

Disclaimer: This list is from 2010 when we first went dye free. We have since gone gluten/casein/soy and preservative free plus we are chemical free and follow a low salicylate/amine diet called the Failsafe Diet. Therefore, this list is probably no longer accurate. If you are having behavioral problems with your kid, I’d recommend starting with the Feingold Diet and going from there. They will give you a shopping list of items that are safe for your kids to eat. I would also recommend researching heavy metal toxicity as an underlying source of food and chemical sensitivities and recommend this book. There are several Facebook and Yahoo groups dedicated to this biomedical journey, email me if you want a specific list of the ones I frequent. If you are looking for a doctor to help with biomedical treatment, look here. Good luck!

Read the back story on why we went dye free here (Part 1) and here (Part 2).
