Not sure what HASAY is? Read all about it <a href="http://halfasgoodasyou.com/?p=1530" target="blank">here</a>. </p> <p>Big News For HASAY: Starting today, we will only be posting a HASAY update on the first Monday of each month. This sounds like a cop out but believe me, it’s not. Many of us gung ho HASAYers have actual lives outside of blogging and have gotten away from posting weekly updates. It is my hope and dream that the new posting schedule will allow us all to have a chance to exercise our little asses off and come back refreshed with skinny stories to tell. Also, you non HASAY peeps will be spared on Mondays. Everybody wins.</p> <p>Exercise or not, I will be down at least a couple of pounds come time for next month’s update. My reverse boob job is in less than two weeks (eek!) on the 17th.
